So here we are back in person. Finally. For the first time since 2019 when we sponsored and showcased our new B2B module for Magento at Magento Imagine we are off to Vegas again but it’s now #adobesummit23. Why are we excited about this conference and about this trip? Beyond catching up with clients, friends and colleagues and partying in person, there are a number of reasons we are excited to see where Adobe is going to take this conference and their ever-growing product suite, including Adobe Commerce.

What’s Next for Adobe Sensei?

It was 4 years ago that Adobe announced Sensei, the AI-driven technology that would revolutionize digital shopping experiences. At Magento Imagine ‘19 there was a spooky setup with a screen capturing faces and reading the information for a retailer to utilize. Since then Sensei has evolved, from an AI-powered e-commerce experience module driving upselling and cross selling, to a powerful tool that can help drive productivity across the enterprise – there’s Sensei for e-commerce but also Sensei for analytics, Sensei for marketing, Sensei for documents, and Sensei for advertising.

Clearly Adobe is committed to utilizing their deep experience in AI to power productivity and growth across a connected enterprise, where there is no longer siloed responsibilities between e-commerce and everything else. But if you’ve seen Sensei in action on e-commerce, you’re probably as exited as we are to see what new capabilities Adobe are going to announce at Summit 2023.

Innovations With Experience Cloud

We’re excited to hear about what Adobe has in store for all parts of the Experience Cloud suite. There is so much pressure for e-commerce merchants, marketers, and C-level executives to deliver on the promise of customer data-driven experiences and, as an early leader in this arena, Adobe has been able to evolve its CXP ahead of many competitors.

We’re excited to see live examples of data-driven, digital experiences and look forward to bringing these learnings back to our clients and partners so that we can transform connected events from e-commerce shopping experiences through live event experiences using the data. We’ve been talking about the evolution of shopping experiences “beyond the catalog and cart” for some time. Adobe is helping the modern enterprise make the connected customer experience a reality but it still remains elusive for many enterprises.
